How to build your products
Creating all your product options takes less than a minute. Just three steps:
In the panel, choose all the frame types, sizes and colors you want to sell.
Scroll to the Variants table. To offer a color only for one frame type, or to remove a variant, just uncheck it on the left.
Use the Price Rule above the table (Cost × 2.5). Change that number to update every row at once, or type a custom price in any row.
Preparing your file for print
Ready2HangArt prints on professional wide-format and flatbed printers. Follow these guidelines and your piece will print crisp and true to your design. Not sure? Share the highest-quality file you have. Our team reviews every order.
- Minimum 150 PPI at final print size.
- 300 PPI ideal for small pieces or fine detail.
- Large pieces (40"+): 100–150 PPI is fine.
- The Design Lab warns you if a size is too low.
- Photos & painted art → TIFF, JPEG or PNG.
- Logos, text or vector → PDF, AI or EPS (text outlined, images embedded).
- RGB (sRGB or Adobe RGB). We convert for print.
- Avoid screenshots or heavily compressed / social-media images.
- Add ~2" extra image on every side (or a solid background).
- Keep important detail away from the edges.
- Framed pieces: no bleed needed.
- Match your file's proportions to the size (avoids cropping).
- Share the original via Dropbox or Google Drive link.
- We print from it; the portal makes the preview automatically.

Import Products
Fill one spreadsheet with the products you want and the portal creates them all. One line per product, so every image can have its own sizes and frame colors.
Want the same image in three sizes? Repeat the artwork link on three lines, one per size. Lines sharing a link stay together as a single design in My Products.
To add more lines, copy one of the lines that came with the file and paste it. Typing into an empty line at the bottom loses the dropdowns.

Cards are stored and charged by QuickBooks Payments and fully tokenized. Ready2HangArt can never see or store your card number. How we protect your payment data
To produce your orders automatically, we need your permission to charge the card on file for the wholesale cost (plus any applicable sales tax) of each order before it goes into production.
Upload your resale certificate to buy tax-free. Without it, sales tax is added to your production charges where Ready2HangArt has nexus.

Shipping Rates
Shipping is charged separately from the production cost. Rates are flat per size for the 48 contiguous US states and do not vary by ZIP. Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and international destinations are quoted on request.
